Join the programme and you get your own link and QR code. Share it with a client, a friend or your whole customer base. Whenever someone buys a house through it, you earn 2% of what they pay.

How it works

You join

Fill in the short form at the bottom of this page and accept the terms, which takes about two minutes.

You get your link

A personal link and QR code, plus a login to your own page where you can follow every referral you have made.

You share it

With one person, or with all of your customers. There is no limit and no expiry.

You get paid

2% of the sale price excluding VAT for every house sold through your link, after the customer's final payment.

Your link does the work

Once you are a partner you never have to write to us again. Everything runs through your own link.

  1. The person you are introducing opens your link or scans your code. It works anywhere your customers already look, from your email signature to a sign at your reception.
  2. They fill in their own contact details. Just a name, an email and a phone number, with no account to create.
  3. They land in our system under your name, with the date and time of that first contact recorded.
  4. You see them on your own page, with the status of each one, from first conversation to delivered house.

Because the person registers themselves, you never have to hand over somebody else's details, and there is no argument later about who introduced whom.

Who can join

Anyone can join. There is no application to be approved and nothing to sign beyond the short form. Refer one person you happen to know, or put your link in front of every customer you have. Both are welcome, and both are paid the same way.

What happens to the people you send us

Your name is attached to every introduction, so here is exactly how we treat them.

We contact them once

If the timing is wrong or they are not interested, we thank them and leave them alone. They are not added to any mailing list and nobody chases them.

You are not expected to sell

No pitching, no follow-up, no answering questions about price, permits or specification. Your link does the introduction and you are done.

Attribution is automatic

Whoever registers through your link is stamped with your name and the time. If the same person turns up later through somebody else, the first registration is the one that counts.

Their details stay with us

We use them only to talk to that person about a tiny house, and we look after them the same way we look after our own customers' data.

How you get paid

The terms, in short

  • 2% of the net sale price, paid after the customer has made their final payment.
  • The first registration is the one that counts, so someone already in our system does not earn a fee.
  • You are free to work with anyone else, and there is no minimum number of referrals.
  • Prices, delivery dates and specifications always come from us, so you are never the one who has to get them right.
  • Your link may go anywhere your own audience already finds you, from your newsletter to your premises, but it may not be sent as unsolicited marketing to people who never asked to hear from you.
  • Either side can stop at any time, with no notice and no reason needed. Referrals already registered are still paid.
